On Approval of Criteria for Identifying Enterprises, Institutions, and Organizations of Significant Importance for National Economy Sectors in the Field of Foreign Relations during a Special Period

Order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs establishes criteria for identifying enterprises, institutions, and organizations that are of significant importance for national economy sectors in the field of foreign relations during a special period. The document is adopted within the framework of legislation on mobilization preparation and mobilization. The order consists of a main part and an annex with criteria. It replaces the previous order of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs No. 144 dated 29.03.2023 with a similar title. According to the document, an enterprise is recognized as important if it meets at least two of the four criteria:
– implementation of foreign policy activities in accordance with the Foreign Policy Activity Strategy;
– participation in the implementation of the Government Priority Action Plan for 2024;
– fulfillment of tasks of the National Security Strategy of Ukraine;
– being under the management of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
