Essence of the Act:
The order establishes criteria for identifying cinematographic enterprises and organizations that are of significant importance to the national economy. The document is crucial for determining enterprises that may be eligible for reserving military personnel during mobilization and in wartime.

1. The order consists of a main part and an appendix with criteria
2. 6 main criteria have been established, compliance with at least one of which grants the enterprise an important status
3. This order replaces the previous one dated 27.02.2024 No. 42
Key Provisions for Application:
– Criteria include: having national institution status, conducting archival activities in the film sphere, conducting at least 500 film screenings in 10+ regions per year
– Organizations that promote Ukraine through film projects are also recognized as important
– For creative industries, there is a requirement of registration before 01.01.2022 and implementation of at least 2 projects for creating a national cultural product
– Separately highlighted are institutions that provide scientific and methodological support for the cinematographic sector across the entire territory of Ukraine
