This order amends the Procedure for Performing Notarial Acts by Notaries of Ukraine, in particular regarding inheritance and other notarial actions.

1. The procedure for determining the place of inheritance opening and management of inheritance cases has been clarified, especially for territories where military actions are taking place or which are temporarily occupied.
2. The procedure for issuing certificates of inheritance rights and property rights for a share in joint marital property has been detailed.
3. Provisions regarding the execution of executive inscriptions, particularly in cases of trust ownership, have been updated.
Structure of changes:
– Changes have been made to 10 chapters of the Procedure
– Main changes concern inheritance legal relations (chapters 10-11)
– New provisions have been added regarding notaries’ work under martial law
– Procedures for executing various types of notarial actions have been clarified
