Resolution amends the procedure for determining natural gas prices and the mechanism for the “supplier of last resort” (SLR). The document establishes new gas price calculation formulas linked to the European hub and euro exchange rate.

– Setting the maximum SLR markup at 20% of the market price
– Introduction of a new price calculation formula linked to European exchange quotations
– Consideration of transportation tariffs for gas through Slovakia and Ukraine in the formula
– Changing the coefficient in subsection 1.2.6 from 60 kopecks to 1.0987 hryvnias
