On Amendments to the Procedure for Supporting the Activities of War Veterans and Demobilized Persons Specialists

Resolution Amends the Procedure for Ensuring the Activities of Specialists in Supporting War Veterans and Demobilized Persons. The main changes relate to clarifying the status of support specialists and simplifying document management. Structurally, the document contains 4 points of amendments to the basic Procedure. The key change is a new definition of the support specialist’s status as a staff employee of a communal budgetary institution (establishment) or a communal non-commercial enterprise, including those from healthcare facilities. Other changes are technical in nature and provide for the exclusion of certain provisions from the base document.

The most important aspect for practical application is that support specialists can now work in a broader range of communal institutions, including healthcare facilities. Additionally, document management has been simplified by removing the requirement to provide information about Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC) certificates when processing documents.
