On Amendments to the Procedure for Organizing and Implementing General Military Training of Ukrainian Citizens for National Resistance

Essence of Changes:
The resolution amends the procedure for organizing general military training of Ukrainian citizens, clarifying the requirements for instructors and expanding the list of combat experience considered during their selection. Now, the experience of participation not only in the Joint Forces Operation but also in the anti-terrorist operation and measures to ensure the defense of Ukraine during Russian aggression is taken into account.

Structure and Main Provisions:
1. The wording regarding combat experience in paragraph 8 has been expanded, including participation in the anti-terrorist operation and measures to counter Russian aggression.
2. Paragraph 10 has been supplemented with new requirements for basic training instructors, who must now be selected from among combat participants with experience in the anti-terrorist operation and measures to protect Ukraine from Russian aggression.

Key Provisions for Application:
– Basic training instructors must have real combat experience participating in the anti-terrorist operation, Joint Forces Operation, or measures to counter Russian aggression
– When selecting instructors, the entire spectrum of Ukraine’s defense experience is considered, including participation in the anti-terrorist operation and national security measures
– The expanded wording allows for the involvement of more qualified instructors with diverse combat experience
