This resolution amends the agenda of the thirteenth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, adding two new draft laws to it. The document is a procedural act of the parliament that regulates its current work.
Structurally, the resolution consists of two points and an appendix. The first point establishes the inclusion of new draft laws, the second defines the moment of entry into force. The appendix contains a list of draft laws with their registration numbers and other data.
The following are added to the agenda:
1. Draft Resolution on the Statement of the Verkhovna Rada on Supporting Democracy in Ukraine under the Conditions of Russian Aggression (No. 13041)
2. Draft Law on Amendments to the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine Regarding the Improvement of Guarantees for the Protection of Economic Entities during Criminal Proceedings (No. 12439)
Both draft laws were submitted by Ukrainian People’s Deputies Ruslan Stefanchuk and Serhii Ionushas, respectively.
