RESOLUTION OF THE VERKHOVNA RADA OF UKRAINE
On Adoption of the Draft Law on Factoring as a Basis
The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine resolves:
1. To adopt as a basis the Draft Law of Ukraine “On Factoring” (registration No. 12306).
2. To instruct the Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy to finalize the draft law for the second reading in accordance with Article 116 of the Verkhovna Rada Regulations, taking into account proposals and amendments.
This Resolution shall be effective from the date of its adoption.
