On Adopting as a Basis the Draft Law of Ukraine on Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine Regarding Strengthening the Institutional Capacity of the National Agency of Ukraine for Identifying, Tracing and Managing Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes, and Improving Asset Management Mechanisms

This is a resolution on adopting the draft law as a basis, which aims to strengthen the capabilities of ARMA (National Agency for Identification, Search and Management of Assets Obtained from Corruption and Other Crimes) and improve the mechanisms for managing arrested assets.

The document structure is simple – it is a technical resolution consisting of two points:
1. Adoption of draft law No. 12374-d as a basis
2. Instruction to the relevant Committee to finalize the draft law for the second reading

Key points:
– The draft law was initiated by a group of deputies led by Anastasia Radina
– The Committee on Anti-Corruption Policy must take into account all proposals and amendments from legislative initiative subjects
– Special attention should be paid to the proposals outlined in the conclusion of the relevant Committee dated February 10, 2025
– After refinement, the draft law must be submitted for consideration by the Verkhovna Rada in the second reading

Since this concerns amendments to legislative acts regarding anti-corruption efforts, it will have an impact on criminal and administrative legislation of Ukraine.
