Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2025/261 of 10 February 2025 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of biodiesel originating in the People’s Republic of China

This Regulation imposes definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of biodiesel originating from China. The duties range from 10% to 35.6% depending on the exporting producer.The Regulation follows a complaint lodged by the European Biodiesel Board in November 2023 and a provisional anti-dumping duty imposed in August 2024.
