1. Haddock Fishing Reopening (Regulation 2025/55):
- Allows French vessels to resume fishing for haddock in Norwegian waters (areas 1 and 2)
- Takes effect from November 8, 2024
- Reopening based on France still having available quota
- Repeals previous prohibition under Regulation 2024/2813
2. Herring Fishing Closure (Regulation 2025/64):
- Prohibits Irish vessels from fishing herring in areas 6b, 6aN and international waters of 5b
- Takes effect from December 13, 2024
- Closure due to exhaustion of Ireland’s 2024 quota
- Allows processing of catches made before closing date
- Requires recording of any unintended catches
3. Cod Fishing Reopening (Regulation 2025/56):
- Permits French vessels to resume cod fishing in Norwegian waters (areas 1 and 2)
- Takes effect from November 7, 2024
- Reopening based on France having remaining quota
- Repeals previous closure under Regulation 2024/2870
