This order introduces technical amendments to the previous order of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine No. 814 dated 05.12.2024, taking into account the observations of the state registration body. The changes relate to clarifying the wording and references in the text of the order. Structurally, the order consists of three points: the first contains direct amendments to the previous order, the second defines the person responsible for submitting the order for state registration, and the third establishes the procedure for entry into force.
The main changes include: clarifying the procedure for supplementing points, removing unnecessary words ‘clarifying the presence or absence of possibility’, excluding the word ‘new’ and adjusting references to document points. All changes are of an editorial nature and do not alter the essence of the regulation.
