Order Introducing Technical Amendments to the Form of Decision on Determining the Value of Goods Moved by Citizens Across the Customs Border of Ukraine for Customs Payment Calculation Purposes.
Structurally, the order contains editorial corrections to various elements of the decision form, including the title, details, and appendix. Instead of the ‘imprint of the customs authority official’s stamp’, a ‘personal numbered seal number’ is introduced, and terminology in various document fields is clarified.
Key changes relate to specifying the procedure for indicating product measurement units (in additional measurement units, and in the absence thereof – in the primary unit), replacing technical terms (for example, ‘fraction’ with ‘separator sign «/»’), and unifying the writing of column names and their constituent parts. These changes are aimed at improving document clarity and avoiding potential misinterpretations during its completion.
