The Decree approves a new personal composition of the Interagency Commission on Military-Technical Cooperation and Export Control, rescinding the previous composition from November 7, 2023. Structurally, the document consists of two parts: an administrative section (3 points) and an annex with the approved Commission composition. The Commission is headed by the First Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine, with two deputy chairs – from the Ministry of Strategic Industries and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Commission comprises 15 members – representatives of key security agencies (Ministry of Defense, SBU, intelligence), economic sector (Ministry of Economy, State Customs Service), defense industry (Ukrainian Defense Industry), as well as representatives of the relevant parliamentary committee and the President’s Office. A representative from the National Security and Defense Council has been appointed as the Commission’s secretary.
