The Decree cancels three previous Decrees of the President of Ukraine related to military ID cards of servicemen and reserve officers. The following are being revoked: the basic decree from 2016, which approved the regulations on military ID cards; the decree from 2020 on amendments to the regulations on military ID cards for enlisted personnel, sergeants, and warrant officers; and the decree from 2022 on amendments to the basic 2016 decree.
The Decree is a technical act that completely cancels the previous regulation of issues related to military ID cards. Such actions typically occur during preparation for introducing a new procedure for processing and issuing military ID cards.
