The order approves the distribution of additional subsidies from the state budget to local budgets for the maintenance of educational and healthcare institutions in 2025. The total amount of subsidies is approximately 2.5 billion hryvnias. The document consists of 24 annexes, each defining the allocation of funds between local budgets of a specific region. The largest amounts will be received by Lviv (175.8 million hryvnias), Odesa (173 million hryvnias), and Kharkiv (164 million hryvnias) regions. The main provisions of the order are:
• Funds are distributed between regional budgets and budgets of territorial communities
• In some regions (Lviv, Cherkasy, Chernivtsi, and others), funds are directed only to the regional budget
