Order Approving the Regulation on the Expert Commission of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine for Research and Evaluation of Technical Means Regarding Their Belonging to Intelligence Technical Means
The order approves the Regulation on the Expert Commission of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, which conducts research and evaluation of technical means regarding their belonging to intelligence technical means. The Regulation defines the mechanism of formation, main tasks, and procedural principles of the Expert Commission’s activities. The Commission conducts research on technical means used for intelligence activities and provides conclusions about their belonging to intelligence technical means. The main provisions of the document are:
• Defined procedure for forming and operating the Expert Commission, its tasks and powers
• Established procedure for submitting research applications, sample selection, and identification process
• Regulated research timeframes (up to 70 working days) and result documentation
• Determined grounds for cancellation of the commission’s conclusions
• Provided possibility of technical means verification for compliance with control samples
