Order establishes criteria for identifying forensic examination institutions of the Ministry of Justice that are important for national economy sectors. The document is adopted in the context of ensuring objective determination of damage and losses from the Russian military aggression.
The order consists of the main part and an appendix with criteria. It replaces the previous order dated 28.03.2023 No. 1134/5 with a similar title.
