Order Amending the List of Main Staff Positions of Officer Corps, Their Military Ranks, and Levels of Military Education in the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of Ukraine
The order introduces amendments to the List of Main Staff Positions of Officer Corps, Their Military Ranks, and Levels of Military Education. Structurally, the order consists of two primary changes to Section I, Paragraph 14 of the base document, which relate to military ranks for specific positions. Key changes:
• For positions of brigade commander, deputy brigade commander, artillery chief-deputy brigade commander, and brigade territorial defense unit commander, the military rank of ‘Colonel’ and the 2nd level of military education are established;
• For positions of chief engineer, air defense chief, and senior navigator, the military rank of ‘Lieutenant Colonel’ and the 2nd level of military education are established.
