Resolution Amends the Procedure for Reserving Conscripts during Mobilization and Wartime
The main essence of the changes is the inclusion of clergy in the list of persons who may obtain reservation and the determination of the reservation procedure through DESS (State Service of Ukraine for Ethnopolitics and Freedom of Conscience). Structurally, changes are being made to two documents: the Procedure for Reserving Conscripts and the Criteria for Determining Critically Important Enterprises. Religious organizations are included in the list of critically important legal entities. The procedure for submitting documents for reservation in cases where there is no EDRPOU code is also clarified. Key provisions:
– Clergy may obtain reservation according to the list of positions approved by DESS
– Reservation of clergy is carried out through the Diia Portal based on DESS submission
– The possibility of canceling reservation in case of dismissal from the clergy position is provided
– Religious organizations are included in the list of critically important legal entities
