Order Introducing Technical Amendments to the Instruction on Acquisition of Non-Military Firearms and Other Items Subject to Permit System in the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Structurally, the order consists of three points that provide for replacing the words “Central Department of Affairs of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine” with “Main Department of Affairs of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine” in all cases.
The key point is that the changes are related to the restructuring of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, specifically the renaming of the Central Department of Affairs to the Main Department of Affairs. At the same time, the procedure for acquiring weapons and other items subject to the permit system remains unchanged.
