Resolution introduces terminological changes to three resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine related to state border management. The main change involves replacing the term ‘integrated border management’ with ‘integrated state border management’. The document amends: 1) the resolution on the interdepartmental working group on border management coordination from 2019; 2) the resolution on the National Methodology for Assessing the Quality of Border Management Tasks from 2023; 3) the resolution on establishing a border management coordination center from 2024. Key provisions include: expanding the tasks of the interdepartmental working group regarding the development of a strategy and action plan for integrated state border management; clarifying the powers of the coordination center to ensure lawful cross-border cooperation and movement of persons; updating job titles in the State Border Guard Service structure in accordance with the new terminology.
