Resolution amends the procedure for payments to military personnel and other law enforcement officers during martial law. In particular, the wording regarding persons undergoing inpatient treatment is clarified. Structurally, the document contains only one change – supplementing the fourth paragraph of paragraph 1-2 of Resolution No. 168 dated 28.02.2022 with clarifying words regarding receiving medical and/or rehabilitation assistance in inpatient conditions.
The key significance of this change lies in expanding the wording on inpatient treatment – now it includes both direct treatment and receiving rehabilitation assistance in inpatient conditions. This is important for determining the right to corresponding payments for military personnel and their family members.
