The order establishes criteria for identifying enterprises that are of significant importance to the national economy in the agricultural sector during a special period. This is directly related to the issues of reserving military personnel during the mobilization period. The document consists of two main parts: the order itself and an appendix with detailed criteria. It replaces the previous order dated 21.02.2023 No. 223 with a similar title.
Key criteria for determining the importance of an enterprise:
- Processing of agricultural land with an area of 500 hectares or more, or annual income of 20 million UAH, or personal income tax payment of 324,000 UAH per quarter
- Compliance of the main type of activity with the list of specified Economic Activity Classification Codes (includes a wide range of agricultural activities – from crop cultivation to food production)
- Being under the management of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy
- State ownership and activities related to subletting land plots
To be recognized as an important enterprise, compliance with at least two of the specified criteria is required, as well as submission of tax reporting for the last period.
