Such enterprises may obtain the right to reserve employees from mobilization. This order replaces the previous one dated 24.04.2023. Key provisions:
- The enterprise must meet at least one of 12 criteria, including: classification as critical infrastructure objects, provision of essential services in utilities, transport, construction sectors
- To confirm compliance, tax declarations and information about the number of employees must be submitted
- Special attention is paid to enterprises that ensure population life support and transportation infrastructure functioning
