AMENDMENT TO THE REGULATION ON FOOD SUPPLY IN THE SECURITY SERVICE OF UKRAINE SYSTEM

Order Amending the Regulation on Food Supply in the Security Service of Ukraine System

The order introduces amendments to the Regulation on Food Supply in the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) system. The primary objective is to improve the food supply system for SBU employees, particularly under martial law and during combat missions. Structurally, the order modifies three main blocks of the Regulation: clarifies food supply conditions, defines the procedure for calculating food supply costs, and establishes a new procedure for issuing food packages. New distribution forms are also added. Key innovations include:

– Expanded list of cases for food provision, specifically for military personnel in temporarily occupied territories and combat zones
– Established a new procedure for determining food supply costs, taking into account average procurement prices and State Statistics Service data
– Detailed procedure for providing food packages for units with and without their own economic units
– Removed references to food provision for personnel of the State Fiscal Service units
