The order amends the Instruction on Diving Operations in the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the conditions for using foreign diving equipment. Henceforth, the presence of a certificate and operation manual is sufficient for the operation of foreign diving equipment. Structurally, the order consists of three points: the first contains a new version of the paragraph on the admission of foreign diving equipment, the second concerns the procedure for registering the order, and the third defines the procedure for entry into force. The key provision is the simplification of requirements for using foreign diving equipment in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is important for expanding the possibilities of using modern foreign equipment in diving operations of the Ukrainian army, provided there are basic documents – a certificate and operation manual.
