Clear return terms have been established: 1 day for products stored at temperatures up to +6°C, 3 days for products with a shelf life of up to 14 days, and 14 days for products with a longer shelf life. Refunds must be made on the day of application or within a maximum of 7 days.

Instead of medical and social expert commissions, expert teams for assessing a person’s functioning are being created on the basis of medical institutions. An electronic assessment system and an extraterritorial principle of assessment are being introduced.

A comprehensive strategy with 7 main goals has been approved, including harmonization with EU requirements, ensuring food security, supporting producers, land reform, and rural development.
Changes in Taxation
The military levy rate has been increased from 1.5% to 5%, advance payments for profit tax for fuel sellers have been introduced, and the profit tax rate for banks has been raised to 50% in 2024.
New Rules for Human Rights Compliance Units in Police
Special units are being created at all levels of the police. Mandatory recording of all actions with detainees in the Custody Records system and immediate response to human rights violations are being introduced.
