Regulations define the legal status and operational procedure of the Recruitment Center for Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons – a separate unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, which is responsible for attracting foreigners to serve under contract in the Armed Forces, State Special Transport Service, and National Guard. The Center is subordinate to the General Staff of the Armed Forces and is guided in its work by the Constitution, laws, and other normative acts.
Structurally, the Regulations consist of 13 points that comprehensively regulate the tasks, powers, organizational structure of the Center, and the procedure for conducting special verification of candidates. The document establishes for the first time the procedure for recruiting foreigners into Ukrainian law enforcement agencies.
