Resolution on Allocating Funds from the State Budget Reserve Fund for Measures Related to Strengthening the State’s Defense Capability Pursuant to Article 23 of the Budget Code of Ukraine and in order to ensure the implementation of urgent measures aimed at strengthening the defense capability of the state during the period of martial law, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine hereby resolves: 1. Allocate funds from the reserve fund of the state budget in the amount of [specific amount] hryvnias to the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine for the following purposes: – Procurement of military equipment and weapons – Repair and modernization of existing military infrastructure – Logistics support for military personnel – Acquisition of protective equipment and ammunition – Other urgent defense-related expenditures 2. The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine shall: – Ensure targeted and efficient use of allocated funds – Provide detailed financial reports on the expenditure of these funds – Submit quarterly reports to the Ministry of Finance on the implementation of these measures 3. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine shall ensure the allocation of funds from the state budget reserve fund in accordance with the established procedure. 4.
