Resolution introduces changes to the allocation of budget funds between programs of the Ministry of Social Policy and the budget of the Pension Fund of Ukraine for 2024. A redistribution of 2.833 billion hryvnias is carried out from the housing subsidy program to the pension provision program. Structurally, the resolution consists of two parts: the first part establishes the redistribution of expenditures between budget programs, the second part introduces detailed changes to the budget indicators of the Pension Fund. Changes affect both the revenue and expenditure parts of the PFU budget.
Key changes include:
– Increase in PFU’s own revenues by 1.009 billion hryvnias (to 564.937 billion hryvnias)
– Increase in state budget financing for pension programs by 1.823 billion hryvnias (to 248.953 billion hryvnias)
– Reduction of housing subsidy expenditures by 2.833 billion hryvnias (to 43.075 billion hryvnias)
– Addition of a new expenditure line for executing court decisions in the amount of 16 million hryvnias
