Resolution Concerning the Creation and Activities of the Verkhovna Rada’s Temporary Special Commission on Protection of Internally Displaced Persons and Other Victims of Russian Aggression

The resolution concerns the establishment and operation of a Temporary Special Commission of the Verkhovna Rada (VRU) for protecting the rights of internally displaced persons (IDPs) and other individuals affected by Russian aggression. The Commission is created for 1 year, consisting of 15 people’s deputies, with the purpose of analyzing legislation, preparing proposals, and drafting laws regarding IDP rights protection.

The resolution structurally comprises 5 points that define: taking note of the previous commission’s report, its publication, completion of the previous commission’s work, establishment of a new commission, and entry into force.
