The order cancels a number of regulatory acts that regulated the procedure for drafting, approving, and monitoring the execution of financial plans for economic entities in the public sector of the economy. The grounds for cancellation are Articles 75, 75-2, 77, and 89 of the Commercial Code of Ukraine. Structurally, the order consists of three points in the main part and an appendix containing a list of 6 orders that are losing their validity. All canceled orders were related to the regulation of financial planning for state-owned enterprises – from the basic order of 2015 to the latest amendments in 2023. Key is the cancellation of the basic Procedure for Drafting, Approving, and Monitoring the Execution of the Financial Plan of a Public Sector Economic Entity (Order No. 205 dated 02.03.2015) and all subsequent amendments to it. This indicates a complete renewal of the regulatory framework for financial planning of state-owned enterprises.
