On Directing for Second Reading the Draft Law of Ukraine on Amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine Regarding Establishing Criminal Liability for Unauthorized Interference, Sale or Dissemination of Information Processed in Public Electronic Registers, and Strengthening Criminal Liability during Martial Law for Criminal Offenses in the Sphere of Information and Communication Systems

Resolution concerns the return for a second repeated reading of Draft Law No. 10242 on amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The draft law aims to establish criminal liability for unauthorized interference, sale, or distribution of information from public electronic registers. It also provides for strengthening criminal liability for offenses in the field of information and communication systems during martial law.

The Verkhovna Rada decided to return this draft law to the relevant Committee on Law Enforcement Activities for refinement and further consideration in a second repeated reading.
