The order designates the state enterprise ‘All-Ukrainian State Scientific and Production Center for Standardization, Metrology, Certification and Consumer Rights Protection’ as the sole institution authorized to conduct production certification of excisable goods. The document is adopted in implementation of Article 33 of the Law of Ukraine on State Regulation of Production and Circulation of Alcohol, Alcoholic Beverages and Tobacco Products.
