By the Decree of the President of Ukraine, an honorary name has been awarded to the 118th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine – from now on, it will bear the name of Otaman Lyutyi-Lyutenko.
The decree structurally consists of two points: the first defines the new name of the brigade, the second establishes the procedure for entry into force.
Key provisions of the decree:
– Full new name of the unit: 118th Separate Territorial Defense Brigade named after Otaman Lyutyi-Lyutenko of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
– The basis for awarding the honorary name is the exemplary fulfillment of assigned tasks by the brigade’s personnel;
– The decree enters into force on the day of its official publication.
