Decree Amending the Personal Composition of the Headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief – a Strategic Military Management Body during Martial Law
The decree structurally consists of two points: the first introduces a new member to the Headquarters – the Head of the State Service of Special Communications and Information Protection of Ukraine, Oleksandr Potii, and the second determines the procedure for entry into force.
This is the seventeenth change in the composition of the Headquarters since its formation on February 24, 2022. The inclusion of the Head of the State Special Communications Service in the Headquarters underscores the importance of information protection and special communications in military management.
