    On Amendments to the Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 11, 2015 No. 937 and of November 21, 2018 No. 975

    Resolution Amending the Rules for Protection of State Objects and Critical Infrastructure Objects

    The main purpose is to expand the list of objects to be protected by the Police Guard and regulate the protection of critical infrastructure objects during martial law.

    Three new institutions have been added to the list of protected objects: State Depository of Precious Metals and Precious Stones of Ukraine, State Gemological Center, and Inhulets River Channels Management. A new procedure for forming the list of critical infrastructure objects protected by the Police Guard has also been introduced.

    Key innovations:
    – A special procedure for protecting critical infrastructure objects during martial law and 12 months after its termination has been established
    – It is determined that the list of critical infrastructure objects is formed by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, taking into account data from a special Registry
    – A new category of objects subject to protection has been added – ‘Critical infrastructure objects, the list of which is determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine’
