Resolution Expands Powers and Changes the Structure of the Coordination Headquarters for Invincibility Points. Now this body additionally deals with responding to the consequences of shelling, combat actions, and restoring life support services for the population.
Structural changes include: expanding the name of the headquarters, updating the leadership composition (new deputy chairs added), inclusion of a Ukrenergo representative, and the possibility of creating a presidium of the headquarters for operational decision-making between meetings.
