Resolution amends the agenda of the twelfth session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, including 8 new draft laws. Among the included draft laws, the following are particularly important:
- Two draft laws on amendments to Article 77 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding property confiscation (No. 12243 and No. 12243-1)
- Draft law on criminal liability for international crimes (No. 11538) and the related draft amendments to the Criminal and Criminal Procedural Codes (No. 11539)
- Draft law on expanding the list of persons entitled to free secondary legal aid (No. 11456)
The majority of draft laws (7 out of 8) were submitted by people’s deputies, with one submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers. The draft laws cover various spheres, including criminal law, media, social services, legal assistance, and international relations.
