Resolution amends the state registration procedure in connection with the adoption of the Law of Ukraine “On Agricultural Notes”. The main changes concern three registers: the State Register of Movable Property Encumbrances, the State Register of Civil Status Acts, and the State Register of Real Property Rights. Structurally, the resolution consists of three blocks of changes. The most significant changes were made to the Procedure for Maintaining the State Register of Movable Property Encumbrances – the possibility of registering encumbrances for agricultural notes has been added, the specifics of electronic interaction through the “Trembita” system have been defined, and the procedure for identifying property through the cadastral number of a land plot has been established. Key innovations:
– electronic registration of movable property encumbrances for agricultural notes is introduced;
– the possibility of obtaining information about marriage/divorce for persons intending to issue an agricultural note is established;
– a requirement is introduced to obtain the consent of the agricultural note creditor for operations with a land plot where the pledged agricultural products are grown.
