Order Amending Reporting Forms for Special Fund Budget Funds Received by Main Administrators through NBU Accounts
The order introduces changes to the reporting forms for the use of special fund budget funds received by main administrators in accounts with the National Bank of Ukraine. Appendices 2-4 to the Regulation on the Specifics of Treasury Servicing of Such Funds are being modified. The order is structurally composed of 5 points and 3 appendices that approve new reporting forms: report on the receipt and use of special fund funds, consolidated report, and report on the use of voluntary contributions. Key provisions of the order:
• New reporting forms will be applied starting from the January 2025 report
• Reports shall be submitted in accordance with paragraphs 8-10 of the base Regulation
• Control is assigned to the Deputy Ministers of Finance and the Head of the State Treasury Service
