Resolution on Adopting the Draft Law on Amendments to the Budget Code of Ukraine
The Parliament supported Draft Law No. 12245 in the first reading with certain amendments. Structurally, the resolution consists of two points: the first defines the adoption of the draft law with consideration of the Budget Committee’s proposals (exclusion of subsections 3 and 4 of paragraph 48 of Section I and paragraphs 2-4 of Section II), the second – instructs the committee to finalize the draft law for the second reading.
The key aspect is that certain provisions from both Section I and the final provisions of the original text are being excluded, which changes the initial structure of the document. Accordingly, the numbering of subsections and paragraphs in both sections is being modified.
