This is an international credit agreement between Ukraine and the International Development Association (IDA) for providing the seventh additional financing to support government expenditures in Ukraine. Key agreement parameters:
– Loan amount: USD 4.8 billion
– One-time commission: 0.25% of the loan amount
– Commitment fee: 0.25% per annum
– Repayment: from 2034 to 2054 in equal installments of 2.5% every six months
Funds are directed to three main areas:
1. Salary payments for civil servants and pedagogical workers
2. Financing of pensions and social programs (assistance to low-income families, housing subsidies, support for persons with disabilities, internally displaced persons, families with children)
3. Financing of medical services under the medical guarantees program and emergency medical assistance
