This Regulation amends the list of control bodies recognized to carry out controls and issue organic certificates for products imported into the EU from third countries. Unipersonale (Italy), DQS POLSKA, GCL International Ltd, Japan Organic and Natural Foods Association, and Sertifikācijas un testēšanas centrs (Latvia). Each control body is authorized to certify specific categories of organic products in designated third countries.The structure of the act consists of two main articles and an extensive annex.
