Order Amending the Instruction on Personnel Accounting of the National Guard of Ukraine Regarding the Procedure for Accounting of Military Personnel Who Arbitrarily Left Service, Deserted, or Voluntarily Surrendered. Structurally, the order introduces changes to two points of the Instruction: paragraph 9 of Chapter 2, Section II, and paragraph 3 of Chapter 1, Section III. The main changes concern the procedure for suspending military service and removing violators from support. Key provisions:
• Military personnel absent without valid reasons are removed from all types of support from the day of absence
• For deserters and those who surrendered, military service is suspended from the day information is entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations
• Upon suspension of service, military personnel are dismissed from positions, termination of monetary support and other types of support
• If such a military personnel returns during martial law, they are assigned to the commander’s disposal and restored to support until the case is resolved by court
