Changes in the Security and Defense Sphere:
– Martial law and general mobilization have been extended for 90 days from November 10, 2024.
– The procedure for creating logistics points on the territory of partner states for receiving international military assistance has been approved.
– An experimental project to enhance security in schools, covering up to 3,000 educational institutions, has been introduced.
Changes in the Financial Sphere:
– A loan from the International Development Association for USD 4.8 billion has been approved to support state expenditures.
– New requirements for the management system of financial payment service providers, including risk management and internal control, have been approved.
– Changes have been made to the procedure for VAT payer registration and submission of declarations on maximum retail prices for excisable goods.
Changes in the Environmental Sphere:
– Management plans for the river basins of the Dnipro, Don, Vistula, Dnister, and Southern Buh for 2025-2030 have been approved.
– A new system of zoning territories by emergency risk levels has been introduced.
– The validity of provisions on waste classification has been extended until 2026.
Changes in International Cooperation:
– An agreement with France on the activities of the French Development Agency in Ukraine has been ratified.
– A draft Protocol amending the Agreement with the UN High Commissioner for Human Rights has been approved.
– The procedure for performing customs formalities for authorized consignors and consignees has been approved.
