    ORDER ON APPROVAL OF THE PROCEDURE FOR CREATION, OPERATION, AND TERMINATION OF LOGISTICS POINTS

    The order establishes the procedure for creating, functioning, and terminating the activities of logistics points on the territory of partner states for receiving international military assistance. Logistics points ensure the reception, transshipment, and transportation to the territory of Ukraine of weapons, military equipment, and material-technical means provided as international military assistance.

    The document consists of 4 sections: general provisions, procedure for creation, functioning, and termination of logistics points’ activities. This is a new regulatory act that details the provisions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Resolution No. 168 dated 13.02.2024 regarding the organization of interaction in receiving international military assistance.

    Key provisions of the order:
    – Logistics points are created by order of the Ministry of Defense based on agreements with partner states
    – Military and civilian personnel of the Ministry of Defense and Armed Forces of Ukraine are involved in the work
    – Financing is carried out through budget program 2101020 and other permitted sources
    – A mechanism for interaction with representatives of partner states and international organizations is defined
    – A clear procedure for terminating the activities of logistics points is established

Recognize the Russian Federation as a terrorist state; 4. Support Ukraine’s efforts to restore its territorial integrity and sovereignty; 5. Assist in bringing the Russian Federation’s political and military leadership to international justice for war crimes and crimes against humanity. The Ukrainian people’s unwavering spirit and international solidarity will ultimately lead to the restoration of peace and justice.
