On Amendments to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated June 3, 2009 No. 589

Resolution establishes a new procedure for conducting activities related to the circulation of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors, including cannabis for medical purposes. The document regulates procedures for cultivation, production, storage, transportation, acquisition, sale, and destruction of these substances.
