Resolution amends the list of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, and precursors, expanding the list of controlled substances. The document supplements existing tables with new chemical compounds and clarifies the chemical formulas of some already included substances. Structurally, changes are made to four tables of the list:
– Table I is supplemented with a new synthetic substance MDMB-BUTINACA
– Table II is expanded by including Kratom plant and its alkaloids, as well as a number of cannabinoids
– Table III is supplemented with two new psychoactive substances
– Table IV is significantly expanded with precursors – chemical substances that can be used for drug production
Key innovations:
– Inclusion of Kratom plant and its active components in the list
– Incorporation of new synthetic cannabinoids (HHC, THCP, and others)
– Clarification of Tramadol’s chemical formula
– Addition of a significant number of precursors and their esters
